All orders are sent via FedEx Ground and take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within the USA for $20.00. These orders will be sent via FedEx Express, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.
All orders placed before 1pm PST time are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA/INTERNATIONAL
If you are located in Australia, we recommend choosing Australia Area, where you will be charged in AUD.
However, we understand that sometimes items sell out on our Australian Area or some styles are only US Area available, that are still available on our US Website that you would like to purchase.
Please note, if you decide to do this, your order will be charged in USD and sent from our US warehouse.
To ship from our US Warehouse, we offer flat rate shipping of $25, with Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $200.

All orders placed before 1pm PST are dispatched the next business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.
Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. SHILLATHELABEL is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:
- Iran, Islamic Republic Of
- Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of (North Korea)
- Saudi Arabia
Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.
